Ergotron, Inc SV31-80111 StyleView PHD Laptop Cart Riser

I'm a nurse for a non profit and several of these Ergotron, Inc SV31-80111 StyleView PHD Laptop Cart where donated to us. The nurses just love them. However over time the "riser" has broken on several of them and the workstation no longer goes up or down. They are definitely out of warranty. Inquiring if anyone has parts for this fix and or a DIY fix for this. Thank you.
