I bought a used workfit, and boy am I sorry. I will not release tension, always in the standing position. The guy who sold it to me as a sit stand desk now says, "oh it was used for standing, I thought that is all it was for!" No tool for adjusting tension fro the top of the tower. Does anyone know what I need and where to get it?
